To do this we offer opportunities for personal development in many program areas: Health, Fitness, Aquatics and Recreation, Child Care, Community and Justice Programs, Settlement Services, Housing Support and Employment Services.

Our YMCA Board members take ownership for their development, job design, discipline, attendance, performance, agendas, and governance methods. The Board executes its tasks by emphasizing and promoting the organization’s values, by developing the mission and vision of the YMCA, and by providing stewardship of the organization’s resources.

For youth age 18 to 29 years who might be interested, the Board provides a unique experience to gain governance skills and to participate in a national YMCA conference.
Upcoming Board Information Session will be held virtually on May 30th, 2022 from 5:30-7:30pm. Attendance is required to be considered for a board position.
