As a provincial sport governing body whose mandate is working with the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club and NBA Canada to further develop amateur basketball, Ontario Basketball Association (OBA) membership is made up of athletes, coaches, officials, members clubs, camps, local basketball organizations, groups, leagues and basketball supporters. That’s alot of data to manage and programs to run. eCrew developed an online membership management application which is now OBA’s centralized management tool for all membership registrations with a secure online payment gateway, event registrations, tournament coordination and registration, email communications, team results, team rosters – all member and event related processes conducted by the organization and its individual local clubs across the province. The web site is also maintained in-house by OBA staff using a user-friendly content management application.
