Strategy, UX and Content Architecture
Michele leads strategy and experience design at eCrew. She brings clarity to complex websites by shaping structure, messaging, and user journeys. She’s especially strong when the project starts with “we’re not sure what we need” and turns that into a confident plan, then calmly drives it from idea to launch with organized, steady execution. Her focus is simple: help teams communicate clearly online, reduce friction for visitors, and create websites that are easier to keep improving over time.
